When people do not respect the authority, There shall be great misfortune. Don't try to fence people in or grind them down. Just let them be, and they'll always be on your side. The Masters know themselves, but they don't reveal themselves. They love themselves, but they know what their lives are worth.
They let go of all that to concentrate on this. A brave and passionate man will kill or be killed. A brave and calm man will always preserve life. Of these two which is good and which is harmful?
To know the self and others, first we need to respect our self and others. Mak proposed that the Tao of people-based management is to view people as important assets and use the right way to work with people.
