Duration, distance, how I felt etc per day of the week. Very detailed from the beginning to the end! The entire year is mapped out for you to log each run, distance, time and even your pace. There's also space for you to write about each run, how did you do, feel before and after your run.
The space to write this does not state that this is what the space is for, but this is what I'm using it for. Lastly, the front and back cover has a very soft, velvety feel to it. I'm VERY pleased with this running log book! This is a simple little book that is easy to use and very well organized and constructed.
The way it is laid out with daily entries is very motivational-it encourages the owner me to want to run as many days as possible in the upcoming year. It is also a great way to track progress so I will know if my miles, pace, and performance are improving. Well worth it!
