I have a filter that protects me from prying eyes. I have thoughts some might not understand. My life is not an open book and I want to keep it private. The only one who knows the real me, is myself. Not even my parents knew. They only knew what I was when I was younger. Some things you just want to keep to yourself.
Some things you just want to keep to yourself.
You need to do it. If I told everyone everything about myself, the mystery would be lost.
What kind of life would it be? People post about what they do on social media. Who they talk to and where they are. I find that boring.
When I have something important to say, I tweet it. I also hate selfies. Every time someone post one, I totally ignore it. Especially celebrities.
If I want to see photos of them, I look for real photos taken by pros. Everyone seems to want to be like everybody else. I have a natural filter and know what to tell about myself online. Everybody seems to write about that.
I dare to be different. To be honest, I find it a bit boring.
Pets that is. One on one conversations is good enough for me. I get really uncomfortable if someone looks at me. It was different when I was a kid. I was cute then. I leave those things to others.
People give up too easily when they do. One of them is my reserved nature. Like Like. As any traveller will tell you, getting to know a place — and person — is all in the details. When I started this blog, I decided to be as true to myself and my vision of travel as possible.
This obviously means that there is no room for facades and masks. So who am I? Well, I could give you a blow-by-blow account of my life trajectory, starting from kindergarten, but I think you, my lovely readers, will get a better idea of who I truly am from these random and interesting facts. For now, enjoy these eccentric points!
All was smooth sailing until I suddenly realized I had lost my flip-flops in the crowd…uh oh! And what did I do?
A high jump, of course! Problem solved! So, clearly, I love to be right by the stage, part of an insane crowd, dancing like crazy.
Needless to say, I take no responsibility for what happens after that.
